Janet Reddan, a cattle producer from Roma is a hands-on, experienced business owner with a broad understanding of the local challenges facing agriculture.
A past member of the Cattle board, she is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company directors and comes with general board and advisory committee experience.

As a young adult deeply rooted in the agriculture industry, I am committed to advocating for the future of farming and representing the voices of my region. Growing up on a sheep, cattle, and goat property 80km west of Quilpie, I developed a passion for agriculture that has only strengthened over time.
I believe that enabling farmers to have their concerns heard is essential for creating sensible, forward-looking policies. My vision focuses on bridging the gap between remote properties and policy-makers, ensuring that regional issues are effectively communicated.
As technology continues to transform agriculture, I see the value in supporting producers with emerging advancements, like EID integration, particularly for those less familiar with tech solutions.
My energy, perspective, and passion for innovation position me to effectively advocate for the southern inland region. I am excited to contribute actively to AgForce and help drive a sustainable, progressive future for our industry.
Jane Campbell
Jane Campbell is a lawyer, who works within the family business, Manana Pastoral. Jane and Ian Campbell founded and operated Barambah Organics for 20 years, selling an 80% operating share in 2020.
Jane and Ian now oversee the three dairy farms that are leased to Barambah Organics, whilst growing their Australian White Sheep flock at Toobeah, and running Angus cattle at St George, on irrigated country.
Jane has a strong interest in advocating for farmers, and environmental and planning law.
