The Queensland Valuer-General has issued new unimproved capital land valuations for 14 Local Government Areas, with some primary production land values increasing by over 250%.
AgForce is urging landholders to act now β if you believe your new valuation is too high, it could significantly impact your rates and rents. Objections must be lodged by 26 May 2025.
