This new AgForce Training program is suitable for existing or entry level station hands and general farm workers across the cattle, sheep and broadacre cropping industries and related rural operations.
Specifically designed from the ground up by industry professionals to ensure the content is relevant and practical, your employees will return to work with the core skills needed to work more productively and safely.
The AgStart short course will be run as a series of workshops held consecutively over five days at a training hub in regional Queensland.
Each workshop is facilitated by an experienced, industry qualified trainer. The in-person delivery of the course means your employees also benefit from discussions with their peers, as well as networking opportunities.
With the first course starting this year, we are keen to get feedback from members on training needs, and ideas for future course content.
