This page provides necessary information for mapping workshop participants.
If you can no longer make the event, please login to Eventbrite and cancel your ticket order. Doing this means our records are accurate, and we can invite someone on the waitlist to come along in your place.
Please arrive early and have plenty of time to set up your laptop, activate your AGDATA mapping subscription, and grab yourself a tea or coffee. Our staff will be on hand to help you get set up.
What to bring: your laptop if you have one, and a pen.
What will be provided on the day:

Installing the software
If you are bringing your computer to the workshop, please complete the following prior to arrival:

Please ensure your laptop has all its required Microsoft updates completed.
Contact AGDATA if you experience problems installing Phoenix on your Mac.
For Windows 10, refer to the following instructions.
For previous versions – open the Control Panel and then choose Windows Update.
Select Check for updates to check for new, uninstalled updates. Installation sometimes happens automatically or it might need to be done by you via the Install updates button, depending on what version of Windows you're using and how you have Windows Update configured. Continue to check for updates until you receive the message that all updates to current.

Installing Phoenix 10 on your laptop

First time users – download the installation file here

Select 'Download Zip'. Once downloaded you will need to extract the Phoenix ZIP file.
Open the Phoenix folder and double click on the MSI file to install this software, do not change any default settings.
If you are currently subscribing to another Phoenix module like Financials, you should have completed your update to version 10 by now. Please contact AGDATA if you have any issues regarding this upgrade.
Your mapping subscription will be activated on the morning of the workshop. If you are not bringing your own computer you will receive your activation details from AGDATA via an email.
You must attend this workshop to receive your 12 month free mapping subscription.
