Enter our photo competition by simply snapping an image that embodies the 'women: making ag shine' theme.
The image should reflect how you think women make ag shine. This could be photos of women working alongside their male counterparts on property, or just a sneaky snap of an ag lady doing what they do best, that you think deserves to shine.
In recognition of the important contribution our women in ag make to regional Queensland, Panda Pearls signature white coin pearl strand, sterling silver enhancer clasp, pearl bracelet with vintage coin enhancer and matching and matching drop pearl earrings as well as a limited edition book.Send up to five photographs to email@example.com before 5pm Monday 5th of June 2017.
How to enter
- Your photo should relate to the AgForce competition theme of ‘Women: Making Ag Shine’. Limit of five entries per person. Entries close 5pm Monday 5th June 2017.
- Send an electronic copy only of your photograph to the Photo Competition coordinator firstname.lastname@example.org
- Your file must be named with your first and last name and a short title with no spaces eg. John_Citizen_Landscape_with_Lambs
- Your image should be 300dpi (3600 x 2400 pixels). Do NOT send a hard copy. Please do NOT compress the image size when emailing.
- Include your name, address, and day time phone number in the email.
- You may also include a brief description up to 50 words.
Judging will consider concept, creative direction, composition, communication of the competition theme, and overall aesthetic appeal.
The winner will be announced in the June edition of Envoy.Conditions of entry
The competition is open to all AgForce members and their immediate family (parents, spouse, children only).
To enter you must submit your image 300dpi (3600 x 2400 pixels) in electronic JPEG format to the AgForce Photo Competition coordinator, email email@example.com by 5pm on Monday 5th June 2017. Please do NOT compress the image size when emailing.
All images submitted must be the work of the individual submitting them and must not have been published elsewhere or have won a prize in any other photographic competition.
The photograph will ideally have been taken within the last 12 months and no earlier than 1 June 2016.
It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that any image they submit has been taken with the permission of the subject or parent/guardian of subject and does not infringe the copyright of any third party or any laws.
By submitting an entry, the participant commits that the photograph they are submitting is their own work and that they own the copyright.
The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The organisers are not responsible for any loss, damage or non-receipt of entries however so caused.
Limit of five entries per person. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries will not be accepted.
The winner will be the one that is judged by the judging panel to be the most creative, visually appealing and reflect the competition theme.
By submitting an entry, the participant agrees to the condition that any image submitted for the contest may be used by the competition organisers for not-for-profit advocacy and promotional materials, including but not limited to: photo exhibition related to this competition, publications, websites, documents, presentations and videos.
The photographer will retain copyright of the photograph that they submit in the competition.
Any image that is inappropriate or contains offensiveness will be disqualified from the competition at the discretion of the competition organisers.
It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. More information
